Dassai

Dedicated exclusively to Junmai Daiginjo sake, DASSAI pursues a vision of creating sake not for intoxication, but for enjoyment. With more than 200 brewers continuously refining their craft, the brewery remains committed to producing truly exceptional sake.
Following the launch of DASSAI BLUE in New York in 2023, DASSAI is also challenging the world's first sake brewing project in space.
From its brewery in Iwakuni, Yamaguchi, DASSAI continues to share the evolving possibilities of sake with audiences in more than 30 countries worldwide.
